We sell bath sponges, mesh poufs, loofahs, back scrubbers and related personal-care items. Product photos are for illustration; slight variations in colour or shade can occur between the image and the item you receive.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time; the price shown when your order is confirmed is the price that applies. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
When you place an order — through the website or on WhatsApp — you are making an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or the delivery address is outside our service area.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier in cash when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery smooth.
We deliver within Karachi, typically within 7 days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or courier delays. We’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is out for delivery, it may not be possible to cancel.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our products are provided in good faith for ordinary personal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexCare is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
